Feminine Principle and Theory U

Bob Ziegler at Oxford Leadership Journal invited me to write an article which is my reflection on Theory U as it manifests Feminine Principle in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition. When I was first introduced to Theory U by Otto Scharmer, it was so resonant with my own training on a spiritual journey and an artistic process, and it reflected the usefulness of both spiritual and artistic practice in creating societal change — in creating enlightened society.
